Working together for wellbeing
Group music therapy provides opportunities for leadership, choice-making, building relationships between people and improving social skills. Through the use of music, people can take roles that they would not have in any other contexts.

It could be a group focussing on songwriting, musical improvisations, drumming, moving to music, singing...

Music therapy online from the comfort of your house
If you prefer to try music therapy online it's now possible. All you need is a reliable internet connection.
Sessions can be done in English and French.

Supervision for health professionals
Supervision for registered music therapists and other health professionals. Areas of interest: disability, mental health, neurodivergence, community music therapy, social change.
