A bit about music therapy

Music therapy is the use of music to support growth and wellbeing.

It is always personally tailored depending on your needs and your strengths. During the session, you may play musical instruments, sing, dance, do songwriting, listen to music, talk or not talk. Music therapy is a safe space to express yourself.

You don't need to be a musician to do music therapy. It is suited to anyone who prefers a creative approach to therapy.

"Music is a language.

Sometimes words are difficult to find to express our emotions. Music therapy is a way to let things out without using our verbal language. We don’t need to be professional musicians to express anger, sadness, happiness or frustration in music."
