Improve your wellbeing with music therapy
A bit about music therapy
Music therapy is the use of music to maintain or improve social, physical and mental wellbeing.
Music therapy is always personally tailored depending on your needs and your strengths. During the session, you may play musical instruments, sing, dance, do songwriting, listen to music, talk or not talk. Music therapy is a safe space to express yourself.
"Music is a language.
Sometimes words are difficult to find to express our emotions. Music therapy is a way to let things out without using our verbal language. We don’t need to be professional musicians to express anger, sadness, happiness or frustration in music."
